This policy explains what personal information I collect on this site, why, who processes it, and how you can see or delete it. I follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
| When | What | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Contact forms | Name, email, company (recruiters), what you're asking for | To reply to you. Nothing else. |
| Buying or downloading a product | Name, email, billing country and payment details, handled by Lemon Squeezy | To deliver your files and receipt |
| Booking a call or session | Name, email, booking time, any notes you add; payment via Stripe for paid sessions | To schedule and run the session |
| Visiting the site | Anonymous, aggregated page views (no cookies, no personal profile) | To see which pages are useful |
I don't ask for anything I don't need. I don't sell, rent or trade your information, and I don't run ads.
Some of these companies store data outside Canada, mainly in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. Each has its own privacy policy.
I only email you to reply to your request or deliver what you bought. If you opt in to updates at checkout, every update email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away.
Contact-form messages: up to 24 months, then deleted. Purchase and booking records: as long as tax law requires (generally 6 years in Canada).
This site and its services are meant for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent me their details, tell me and I'll delete them.
You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Use the contact form, choose Mentorship → "Delete my data", and use the email address you gave me before. I'll confirm within 30 days. Records I must keep for tax reasons are kept only for that purpose.
Contact me first. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top.
