Refund policy

Digital products

• Files are delivered instantly, so purchases are generally final.
• But if a file doesn't open, is missing, or isn't what the description says, contact me within 14 days of purchase. I'll fix it or refund you in full.
• Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, back to your original payment method.
• The Starter Kit is free, so there's nothing to refund.

Free intro call

Free. Please cancel or reschedule through your booking email if you can't make it.

Paid sessions

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund or a new time.
• Less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show isn't refundable, but tell me if there's an emergency and I'll do my best to reschedule.
• 4-session mentoring: if you stop partway, unused sessions are refunded proportionally.
• If I have to cancel, you get a full refund or a new time, your choice.
